An owner of an apartment in South Perth contacted us to find a tenant for their vacated property. During the final bond inspection by our property manager Kasey Williams, she received a call from a previous tenant looking to rent. The potential tenant came to the property for an inspection. The property met all the requirements.
Immediately we contacted the owner indicating that a previous tenant wanted to lease the property. They were happy to let out the property because we had had positive dealings with the tenant. That afternoon all the paperwork was completed.
