SOCO REALTY is a boutique real estate agency focused on selling and managing residential and commercial property in Perth. Our mission statement is to support and educate our clients to assist them to make their best real estate decisions.

The family-owned business was founded by Ashleigh Goodchild and Bill McKenzie in 2006 and quickly grew from a team of two ….. and now a team of 15 well experienced and passionate agents.

Ashleigh and Bill are active working directors within the business and are always keeping up to date with the latest industry technology and changing legislations.

Bill’s real estate career since 1999 has been focused on selling property within the City of South Perth and is an active member of the community where you will find him walking his dog or coaching the local football team. He is a committee member and on the board for REEFWA (Real Estate Employers Federation of WA). He is well known for his relaxed and honest approach with buyers and sellers and is well trusted with other agents in the real estate community.

Since 1999, Ashleigh has been managing rental property valued up to $1500 per week in the local area and now has a passion for marketing, people and culture. Recently selected nationally as one of the participants in Transform Masters by Elite Agent, she has been trained by some of Australia’s best in the industry to ensure that the office runs smoothly and the SOCO brand continues to be a popular choice for local property owners.

You will find SOCO Realty constantly getting involved with giving back to the community and regularly donating to various charities, including our annual second-hand book stall at the Angelo Street Market Place.
