Management of your property
We have created what we call the “buddy system” which means that each portfolio has a property manager and an assistant. The benefit to our clients is that you are able to contact someone who knows your property at all times and if one of them is on leave, there will be a “buddy” to look after the portfolio. It means that our staff can better manage their time with their assistant and this provides you a more efficient service.
Routine inspections
Properties in Western Australia are restricted to 4 routine inspections per year, however SOCO is not an agency who is going to do 4 inspection just to take a fee from you. Some properties don’t need them done this regularly, and we will discuss this with you, if we think your property is suitable to have this reduced to 4, 5 or 6 monthly and therefore saving you money.
