Chelsea- Exceptional Property Manager Who Goes Above and Beyond Chelsea is by far one of the most outstanding property managers I’ve ever worked with. My property went through a particularly challenging situation involving rental arrears and eventually required a court order for the tenant to vacate. Throughout this entire process, Chelsea kept me constantly informed, explaining every possible scenario and guiding me through each step so I was always prepared for what was to come. The most impressive part of this journey was dealing with the landlord insurance claim. Chelsea handled an enormous amount of documentation, coordinated countless calls and emails with the insurance team, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was submitted accurately and efficiently. The level of effort, detail, and dedication she demonstrated was nothing short of remarkable — I genuinely cannot thank her enough for the outstanding work she put in. Even after the tenancy ended, Chelsea’s proactive approach continued. She organised rubbish removal, coordinated property cleanup, and ensured the property was re-let as quickly as possible, keeping the vacancy period to an absolute minimum. Kate Ruane has been our property manager for many years now, she is quick to get any matinece work done around the property. She did everything she possibly could to get us into the house we are in now ( and she's still our property manager). She's not only interested in making sure the property is maintained, but that the tenants are happy. She's always leave us a nice note after an inspection thanking us for looking after the property and asks about our 2 grown children and 4 young grandchildren. Kate is absolutely awesome. While Lisa Gorman wasn't my own agent, I can confidently say, SHE'S THE ABSOLUTE BEST. How do I know? She's been the Property Manager for about twenty families that have come through Orana House's program, and they can't necessarily write a review here for safety reasons: these are primarily women with young children who are rebuilding their lives after domestic violence and being in a refuge. This requires great care and understanding while also ensuring the owners are happy. Lisa has managed every tenancy seamlessly. Five stars are not enough for her.

The customer service I recieved from Lisa Gooram in assisting me in finding a rental was exceptional, my previous two weeks experience in attending openings with mass numbers going through a unit in a 15 minute timeframe was that there was no customer service. One thing I did learn from those experiences, is that I won't be using them companies when we sell our property in a few months.

Been given 30 days notice that I had a vacate my current rental because the owner wanted to sell was a pretty overwhelming thing, given that Perth is in a middle of a rental crisis. Working full time meant that it was difficult to see houses at 11.15 on a Tuesday morning! Even once I'd seen a place and applied, complete silence from most real estate companies. Then I met Lisa at SOCO. The biggest difference between Lisa and every other real estate person I'd had the mispleasure of dealing with was mainly the fact that she seemed to care. Her communication was outstanding, including calling me to update me on a weekend and even managing to get me a property viewing at 7pm on a Friday evening. Within 5 days of meeting Lisa I had secured a property. Most property managers in this market are simply not interested in developing any kind of relationship with potential tenants. 50+ people are attending viewings and they simply choose whoever is willing to pay the most. SOCO, and Lisa in particular were so different. I left like Lisa cared that me and my son found a house. She made a very difficult situation an awful lot easier and in an industry full of sharks and charlatans, she and SOCO stand out. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a property to rent in Perth give her a call.

Kind and Efficient I was very impressed with how fast the rental process was once our application was approved. We were moved in within a week of signing our tenancy agreement. They were even willing to drop of the keys to our apartment on a public holiday, which really helped us out.

I recently bought an investment in Marangaroo and Kasey Williams was a recommended property manager in the area. Outstanding! The high level of professionalism, market insights, hard work, going above the call of duty, friendliness and the incredible outcomes I have achieved due to the work that Ashleigh and Ally have done for me has been even more than I'd expected. They had a large number of prospective tenants through my house which is on a giant dirty sand pit and needing much landscaping, in a lower socio economic area and is currently not presenting well. They were able to communicate with prospective tenants in way so they could see what the place was going to look like once the work is complete. This generated incredible interest and from a $350,000 investment they were able to achieve a $450 per week rent which is a remarkable outcome for me given the massive yield! Can't recommend them more highly :)

I've dealt with several real estate agents in the past and SOCO is by far the easiest to deal with. Friendly and efficient staff, and a good back office system where you are automatically emailed receipts for payments. Some other agents you always had to keep asking for a copy of your payment history. I'm really happy with them and have no complaints whatsoever.

I've found with previous agencies they tend to treat renters (even the good ones) like absolute scum but renting through Soco Realty has been such a breath of fresh air and they treat you like a human being! I have known the guys at Soco for a number of years crossing paths with them at real estate training events. More recently i met Ashleigh at a home open for a rental and she blew me away with her enthusiasm in finding the right fit for me as tenant but also finding the right fit for her owner who was moving back to NZ. I have been super impressed with the service Kasey and the Soco team have provided me while leasing a property in Victoria Park. I like to think I am a pretty good tenant without breaking anything and always paying bills on time. When things do come up though from time to time their super fast communication to get the situation rectified is first class. I have in the past had some not so good experiences with rentals where I don't hear a thing back from anyone once I sign a lease and then when I decide not to renew my lease the communication becomes non existent and it takes emails, calls even face to face communication to get through. Not in the case with Soco, these guys have been the BEST yet!

I used Soco to sell my apartment during the downturn in apartment sales, it was by no means a good market to sell however they were very persistent and helpful during the sale and we managed to get a good sale.
