Samantha Priddis

Samantha began her real estate career in 2012 after stepping in to help a busy sales agent friend as an assistant sales associate. What started as a temporary role quickly turned into a passion, and Samantha has never looked back.

Her approach to success in real estate is simple yet powerful, grounded in three core principles: actively listening to clients, maintaining open and honest communication, and staying exceptionally organized. Samantha is committed to helping investors achieve their goals, no matter how diverse, while building strong, long-term relationships with landlords based on trust and transparency.

As a lifelong Perth resident, Samantha’s in-depth local knowledge is invaluable, and she’s always happy to share her insights about the city and its property market with clients. As Growth Manager, Samantha supports investors through every step of their journey-from conducting Pre-Settlement Inspections to collaborating with property managers to secure high-quality tenants.
Samantha’s achievements in the field have been widely recognised. In 2023, she was awarded BDM of the Year in WA, and in 2024, she was a Finalist for BDM of the Year Nationals.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys the simple pleasures of life: a cold beer at the end of the day, quality time with her amazing partner, and doting on her dachshund.
