Kyla Burgess

Kyla's real estate career began in 2012 as an outside clerk at a settlements company, and fittingly, that office was right here at 57 Angelo Street. From there she moved into reception and assistant property manager, where she discovered that what she loved most about the industry was the relationships, the problem-solving, and the pace.

Now with over a decade of end-to-end residential property management experience, Kyla is known for her calm approach under pressure, exceptional organisation, and the kind of consistent communication that keeps owners and tenants well-informed and well looked after. She completed her Sales Registration in 2024, continuing a pattern of upskilling that has defined her career from the start.

Outside of work, you'll find Kyla at the beach with her dog Ari, or around a table with friends on a weekend. She's a patient Carlton supporter and a future first home owner in the making.
