David Vitale

David is a long-serving Licenced Real Estate Agent and experienced Auctioneer beginning his career in 2001. In one way or another, David has been involved in over 2,000 property dealings spanning the full price-spectrum of the marketplace in Perth’s blue-ribbon waterside suburbs.

David is passionate about honing his skills for performance in everything he does. He quickly became a skilful negotiator and leader in his field mastering the art of auctioneering. He went on to establish his own agency, Vitale Fine Properties, in the western suburbs of Perth in 2007 which he led and grew successfully as principal for some fifteen years before selling his business. After the sale, David seized an opportunity to widen his experience by working in project evaluation and development in the mining sector.

David’s calling however is in real estate, so when the opportunity to join an old friend and colleague Bill McKenzie at Soco Realty in the area where he grew up, went to school and subsequently began his career, the decision to join Bill and the team at Soco was made easy.

Not only is David a high performing real estate professional, he is also a competitive cyclist who recently came 3rd in the Australian National Road Racing Championships for his age group. He believes being fit and healthy outside of his professional career helps to deliver a high level of performance for his clients out there in the competitive property marketplace, where it counts the most.
