Ashleigh Goodchild
Ashleigh began her real estate career in 1999 while studying naturopathy. She took a part-time job in real estate and quickly fell in love with the business. Starting at reception, Ashleigh’s dedication and passion for the industry have led to significant achievements, including winning the 2023 Operational Leadership award from REIWA and being recognized as an Impact Agent and Ambassador for Orana House.
With over 20 years of experience, Ashleigh has a wealth of knowledge and insight to share. Her journey from the reception desk to business ownership gives her a unique perspective on the roles of each staff member at SOCO Realty. As Director, she excels in guiding, driving, and assisting others while managing the marketing, new business, and property management departments.
Ashleigh finds joy in being part of the PM Collective, training and supporting property managers across Australia, and loves having an empty inbox and time to enjoy baking at home.
