Ary Meradji

Ary brings a rare combination of global perspective and genuine people-first thinking to her role as Business Development Manager at SOCO Realty.

Her real estate journey in Australia began two years ago, though her connection to the industry goes back further. Before making the move into property, Ary spent time overseas with a market research company where she worked specifically in real estate research and development, and independently explored property sales in Dubai out of a longstanding personal passion for the industry. That foundation, combined with over 20 years of business development experience across B2B environments and a range of industries, means she arrived at SOCO with both strong commercial instincts and a genuine understanding of what clients need.

Ary started in an Assistant Property Manager role, completed her qualification, and quickly stepped into business development. What sets Ary apart is her natural ability to connect with people. Having lived across multiple countries and built friendships across cultures, she brings a warmth and curiosity to every client interaction. She is genuinely interested in people's stories and backgrounds, and that shows in the way she builds trust with landlords, investors, and clients alike.

Outside of work, Ary is a passionate traveller, a lover of food and diverse cuisines, an enthusiastic home cook known for her elaborate grazing tables and is actively involved in community events and charity work.
